Sunday Sweets: Ice Chocolate (Eisschokolade)

While in a Bier Garten after walking around the Heidelberg schloss, I had the most delicious treat. EVER. It was Eisschokolade mit Bailey's. YEAH. It's essentially chocolate milk with Bailey's over scoops of ice cream and topped with REAL whipped cream. For a kid friendly treat omit the Baileys.
What you'll need:
-Milk
-Chocolate sauce
-Vanilla Ice Cream
-Chocolate Ice Cream
-Whipped Cream
(1 c. heavy Cream & 1 tsp vanilla extract)
-Chocolate Bar (for garnish)
-Pirouettes (for garnish)
-Bailey's -optional

1. Mix 2 TBSP chocolate sauce with a cup of milk & 3 ounces of Bailey's, if using, and chill.
2. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract together on high for about 3 minutes until medium peaks form.
3. Scoop 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream & 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream into your dessert glass.
4. Pour chocolate milk on top of ice cream.
5. Top with whipped cream & grate chocolate bar on top.
6. Garnish with pirouette.
