I LOVE celery with peanut butter. It's one of my favorite snacks, especially in the summer. I've been trying to get more creative with my smoothies lately, so I figured I'd try it out in smoothie form! YOU GUYS...it was SO good! Creamy and nutty with the added freshness of greens and celery- delish!
What you'll need:
-3 cups mixed greens
-1/2 a banana
-2 1/2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
-3 stalks of celery
-1 cup of water
I blended the greens, peanut butter, and water first, then added the rest of the ingredients all at once. As usual, it's best to figure out the best way to blend depending on your blender, but anything is possible no matter the blender! xx Courtney
