Life Lately

Life Lately has been chaos, per usual. It's lovely chaos, children screeching with joy and getting into mischief, pots boiling over and filling the house with warm, comforting aromas. It has been so cold lately and I am DEFINITELY not made for this climate. I am in full on hibernation mode so that means lots of playing in the living room with toys, chasing each other around playing tag and hide and seek, snuggling up with hot tea or cocoa and reading book after book, and eating lots of yummy food! These girls are so happy to crawl around and play with their brother's toys, and for the most part, he is happy to let them play (except for when an animal "attacks" and someone ends up crying, or when the girls grab toys that he had set up just right). Overall we are just enjoying the warmth of the fire and patiently waiting for spring.
