We were so excited when the lovely folks over at Chairish challenged us to create our dream bar space! After discussing it, we both decided that our dream would be to have a sophisticated and bright space where we could relax and unwind with our friends (dare we say "no men or children allowed??") We also still wanted it to be fun and slightly whimsical. We love the idea of a incorporating a candy bar (sweets and drinks are fun treats!) and a bright marquee arrow sign.
We're both obsessed with black and white, and how lovely would a bar space with gold accents be?! Obviously we would need gorgeous plants and fresh flowers too (in mercury glass vases? yes, please.) For lighting, a chandelier made of decanters would be such a good fit in a home bar, and they look so pretty. We also love how clean and modern these bar stools are.
Neither of us have a bar at home so we had never really thought about this kind of space before, but we sure wouldn't mind each having one now! xx Courtney and Samantha
