What you'll need:
-1 cup coconut milk
-3/4 cup blackberries
-1/4 cup water
-2 cups kale
This smoothie was so decadent and delicious! I started out with no water, but it was too thick so I added about a 1/4 cup...maybe a bit more? I love blackberries but sometimes they're too tangy for me, so I think the coconut milk really helped with that. But really, since I'm on a creamy smoothie kick, give me all the coconut milk! It's so so good.Does anyone else have a coconut milk obsession? I'm really looking forward to making smoothies with pumpkin and coconut milk this season! xx Courtney
