Life Lately...forgetting camera. forgetting what day it is. forgetting where camera battery charger is. forgetting where socks are. losing phone. losing daylight. remembering to bring library books back. remembering to make mac and cheese before milk spoils. remembering to use last garden goodies before hard frost comes. slowly eating. slowly waking. more time for snuggling. more time for laughing. the cold and dark is forcing us in more often (in the house and in ourselves) but being here, with these people, is all I've wanted.(I know a little girl named Winter who is obsessed with wearing her brother's shoes and having her photo taken)
