Let's be real, any opportunity I get to cover things in chocolate- I SEIZE. So for Z's little birthday bash we decided to make chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate dipped pretzels. Both are super simple to make.
What you'll need:
-QUALITY chocolate bars or chips
(we used milk & white)
-Fresh strawberries
-Pretzel rods
-Toppings
(we used shredded coconut)
1. Melt your chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
2. Dip in strawberries and pretzels and set on a greased baking sheet (coconut oil spray is perfect for this).
3. When chocolate is tacky, roll pretzels in coconut and set down again to cool.
