The time has finally come to start our beds outside! The benefits of having a garden -whether you have acres to grow, or a few pots on your front steps, are so great! Food you've grown with your hands, with love, always tastes so much better. It's really important to us that our children understand where their food comes from. Alex's passion is gardening and I love watching him share it with the kids. Solla thrives in all dirty situations so she was super excited to eat as much dirt as possible, and roll around like a little piglet. Winter likes playing in the dirt too but even the dirt on her seemed organized? Is that possible? Sweet little patches of brown on her feet, her little dirty hands still looking perfectly neat. Z, like Solla, is feral to the core. He is silly, uninhibited, wildly laughing and playing with his animals in the dirt pile, eager to help shovel and participate. Hope you are all out there getting ready for what will be a lovely growing season!
